Ho svolto per parecchi anni attività in aziende pubbliche e private anche in ambito internazionale come dipendente e successivamente come libero professionista. Ho iniziato con ruoli tecnici e successivamente sono passato ad occupare posti di maggiore carattere gestionale con il ruolo di responsabile tecnico (Quadro). Sono certificato nei ruoli che ho ricoperto nel tempo presso le varie aziende. Oltre il diploma e la abilitazione professionale, la EDCL (Office) la FCE (“livello B”) per l’inglese, sono certificato PMP (Project Manager Professional) dal PMI ed ho la certificazione base di ITIL V3. Possiedo inoltre le certificazioni tecniche (Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE e Cisco Systems CCNA,CCDA,CCDP,CCNP)
Ho gestito personale, apparati e strumentazione. Gestione di scorte, qualità (ISO9001), costi (controllo di gestione e nei progetti uso del sistema EVMS (Earned Value Management System). Svolgo attività di volontariato presso diverse associazioni in particolare in ambito professionale sono all’interno del Project Management Istitute dove presto servizio in vari ambiti, attualmente sono nella Direzione dell’organizzazione e nella formazione. In ambito sociale presso la CRI anche qui in vari ambiti ma con maggiore frequenza nella logistica.
I have worked for several years in public and private companies, including internationally, as an employee and later as a freelancer. I started in technical roles and later moved on to more managerial positions as a technical manager (executive). I am certified in the roles I have held over time at various companies. In addition to my diploma and professional qualification, EDCL (Office) and FCE (“level B”) for English, I am PMP (Project Manager Professional) certified by PMI and have basic ITIL V3 certification. I have managed staff, equipment, and instruments. I have managed inventory, quality (ISO9001), and costs (management control and use of the EVMS (Earned Value Management System) in projects. I volunteer with various associations, particularly in the professional field. I am a member of the Project Management Institute, where I serve in various areas. Currently, I am in the organization’s management and training department. In the social sphere, I am also involved with the Italian Red Cross in various areas, but most frequently in logistics.
